Pets at Home Huntingdon

Huntingdon Retail Park, St Peters Rd, Huntingdon PE29 7DZ, UK – 0845 600 9572

Pets at home is your typical local pet shop. Prices are competitive and the selection for most pets is good. Although I have been warned to avoid buying fish from there as a friend of mine bought some tropical fish and within a week he lost 50% of his aquarium stock. Not too say pets at home are to blame but it's worth precaution. Aquatic plants is a no as no matter how thoroughly you clean them you will always get pest snails. Small animal section is good and is where me and my partner always get are supplies.

They have recycled paper litter which is the main reason I go there. Plus, a lot of toys for my spoiled cats to ignore. The vet clinic is great, nice staff and it didn't cost too much to give my tomcat the snip.

Good selection of books in here. I always find something to buy! Also lots of books on local and regional areas. And a selection of vinyl, CD's and music sheets plus antique books. All set out in easy to find sections which makes life much easier and staff always on hand to help too.
